Branded merchandise

Apparel, drinkware, headwear, bags, tech, and kits. If you can put a logo on it, we will help you find the one people actually keep.

Anybody can send you a catalog. The hard part is picking the right thing, getting the art right before it runs, and having somewhere to put 400 of them when they land.

ArtBuilt for the method

Our design team preps your logo for the decoration it is going on, in this building. That is why it sits right on a small and a 4XL instead of just the medium.

Minimum24 pieces

Per decoration method. Screen print and embroidery each count separately, so a shirt done both ways needs 24 of each.

StorageWe can hold it

Order the whole run at the price break and leave it on our shelves. We ship it out as your people ask for it.

What we brand

Things people
actually keep

The test is simple. Is it still in use in six months, or is it in a drawer? We steer you toward the first one. Pens, tech, and giveaways are in the catalog too.

Apparel

Shirts, outerwear, uniforms

Tees, polos, quarter zips, hoodies, hi-vis. Screen print or embroidery, whichever suits the garment and the run. We prep the art for the method and you approve a proof before anything runs.

Drinkware

Drinkware

Tumblers, bottles, mugs, glassware. The category with the highest keep rate and the widest quality gap, which is exactly why the cheapest option is usually the expensive one.

Headwear

Hats & headwear

Structured, unstructured, trucker, beanie, rope hats. Embroidered or patched. The item most likely to get worn somewhere your customers will see it.

Bags

Bags & totes

Totes, backpacks, coolers, duffels. Event handouts, onboarding, and the conference bag that gets reused for groceries for three years.

Recognition

Awards & recognition

Banquet awards, service milestones, donor gifts, plaques. The pieces somebody keeps on a shelf for twenty years, which is a different job than a giveaway and gets designed differently.

SEMO · Donor wall

Stopgap image. This is recognition work but it is the donor wall from the signage side, not an award. Swap for a real awards photo, which Cap says exists and can be shot. Reason this cell is here: seven foundation accounts produced 151 quotes and $668,364 over 24 months, roughly 9 percent of the whole book, and nothing on the site spoke to them. Saint Francis Healthcare System Foundation is a top-five account. It replaced Tech and Desk, which was pens and earbuds off the same rented catalog four competitors run.

Kits

Kits & gifting

Several items in one box, assembled here, boxed and labeled, shipped to one address or two hundred. New hires, new students, clients, holidays.

These six are inferred from the 24 month quote book by buyer segment, not from product level sales data, because that report does not exist yet. Confidence is moderate. Apparel and kits are the strongest calls. Bags is the weakest. Eco, outdoor, and toys and games stay out on purpose: those are filters in the promoplace catalog navigation, which four competitors also rent, so they are not tpc categories. Revisit all six when the PressWise line item report lands.

Sixteen pieces, comfortably inside the spec range. Six approved clients represented. The live page has roughly 28 but several are mockup renders rather than photos of produced goods, and a few carry client names that are not on the approved list. This set is all approved names. Ameren approval has landed, but there is no Ameren image or confirmed piece in the asset library, so nothing was added. Send a photo or tell me what tpc produced for them and it goes in.

How a merch order goes

Four steps,
no mystery

Step one

Tell us the job, not the item

Who gets it, what it is for, and roughly what you want to spend per person. We come back with three or four options instead of a 900-page catalog.

Step two

You see a proof

Your logo on the actual product, at the actual decoration size. Colors matched to your brand palette, not to whatever the supplier had close.

Step three

We run the job

Purchase order, decoration, ship date. One contact here owns all three and stays on it. If a date moves you hear it from us with a new one, not from an empty box on event day.

Step four

It lands, or it stays here

Delivered to you, or into our warehouse where we hold it and ship it out as your people order it.

In their words

Ask them, not us

Branded merch FAQ

What is the minimum order?

24 pieces per decoration method. Screen print and embroidery count separately, so if you want the same logo screen printed on tees and embroidered on hats, that is 24 of each.

Hard goods like drinkware and pens have their own minimums that vary by item. We tell you the number before you pick, not after.

Can I see it before I commit?

Two ways. Every order gets a digital proof showing your logo on the actual product at the actual decoration size, before anything is ordered or decorated. That one is free.

Physical samples are also available on most items. There is a small charge for those and it does not come off your order total. Worth it when the decision hinges on how a garment feels or how a tumbler sits in your hand, which a screen cannot tell you.

What if the color comes out wrong?

Brand colors get matched to your palette, and if we did your design work we already have the Pantone, CMYK, RGB, HEX, and thread values on file. Thread is the one most people forget, and it is why embroidery drifts.

Everything gets checked against the approved proof before it goes out the door, not when you open the box at an event. If something is off, we sort it out. One company answers for it.

How long does it take?

Typically one to two weeks after you approve the proof. The clock starts at approval, not at the first phone call, so getting art settled early is the single biggest thing you control.

It does vary by item and by decoration method, and that is the honest answer. We give you the real date for your item before you order rather than a generic range, and if it moves you hear it from us with a new one.

Can you hold the inventory instead of shipping it all to me?

Yes, and this is the part most promo suppliers cannot do. Order the full run at the price break, leave it on our shelves in Cape Girardeau, and we ship it out as your branches, reps, or new hires ask for it.

Live stock counts, low stock notifications, and a storefront your people order from. See how fulfillment works.

Do I have to use the online catalog?

No. The catalog is there if you like browsing, but most people would rather describe the job and have somebody come back with three good options.

That is the actual service. The catalog is the same one a lot of shops rent. Knowing which item survives a Missouri summer in a work truck is not.

While we have your files

The other five

Most clients came for one thing and stayed for six. Once your brand is set up here, the rest gets easier and cheaper.

What is the next thing your name is going on?
