  1. How often can my store “pop up”?
    As often as you’d like—there’s no limit! Launch as many times as you want.
  2. Is there a cost to launching a store?
    Nope! There’s no fee to launch a pop-up store.
  3. How long can my store stay open?
    We’re flexible with timing, but we typically recommend keeping stores open no longer than 10 days. Shorter windows create a sense of urgency and help drive engagement.
  4. Can I include hard goods like drinkware or pens in my store?
    Absolutely! Hard goods are welcome. Just note that minimum order quantities apply and vary by item. Our team at TPC will share details upfront so you can plan accordingly.
  5. Can I combine printed materials and apparel in the same store?
    Not at this time. Our current software doesn’t support mixing print materials and apparel in a single store—but we’re always working on new features, so stay tuned!
  6. Can I offer both screen-printed and embroidered items?
    Yes, you can! Just remember, each decoration method requires a minimum of 24 pieces.
  7. Can I feature more than one logo on my site?
    Yes. However, each logo must meet the 24-piece minimum requirement.
  8. Are there other minimum requirements I should know about?
    Yes. Each time your store launches, there’s a 24-piece minimum per decoration method (screen print or embroidery).
  9. How does payment work?
    The store is set up to accept credit card payments for individual purchases or we can send one invoice to the employer. Your choice.
  10. Can we offer gift cards for employees or clients?
    Yes! Gift cards are a great way to reward employees or thank clients. They offer flexibility and let the recipient choose how to use them.
  11. Can I control the expiration date of gift cards?
    Absolutely. You set the expiration date, and cards can be added or deactivated anytime.
  12. Can an employee spend beyond their gift card amount?
    Of course! If they want to spend more than the gift card value, they can simply pay the difference at checkout.
  13. Is payroll deduction an option?
    Yes. We’ll provide a detailed report with employee names and purchase amounts to make payroll deduction easy for your team.
  14. What’s the typical turnaround time?
    Please allow about 14 business days from the store’s closing date for production and fulfillment.
  15. How are backordered items handled?
    Our system automatically removes low-stock items from the store to minimize backorders. If one does occur, we’ll notify you with an estimated delivery date.
  16. How are orders delivered?
    You have options! Orders can be shipped directly to individual addresses or to a central location. Bulk deliveries will be neatly packaged and individually labeled for easy distribution.
  17. Can my store stay open year-round?
    It’s possible! Year-round stores are available depending on order volume. Let’s discuss what works best for your team.
