• Web orders are orders placed by a company that has a corporate fulfillment site with us. These accounts are First State Community Bank, Bank of Missouri, TPC, MRV Banks, Club Fitness, Daniels Health, and Saint Francis Hospital.


• Web orders consist of 2 different categories, Inventory Pull (these are items pulled from the shelves of the warehouse) and POD Items or Print on Demand (These items are printed as the customer requests them, they sometimes have shell stock in the warehouse that will be pulled from the TPC page).


• Inventory pulls that come in before 9am must be delivered the next day if they are local delivery or on the next North run if they are on that route. For example, if Alice places an order at 8:30am on Monday and she is in Perryville this order will deliver on Wednesday. If Alice is in Cape when she places the order we would deliver to her on Tuesday.
